Copper Pot Creations is a family company. After being diagnosed with celiac disease more than a decade into my career as a chef, I was determined to continue my culinary passion. I soon realized how difficult it was to find convenient meals that were safe for me to eat, tasted great and weren’t full of artificial ingredients and preservatives. Together with my wife, Crystal, we were inspired to create delicious meals that nearly everyone can enjoy.
We believe that having a food allergy or intolerance shouldn’t prevent you from eating healthy, great tasting food. For this reason, we have dedicated our kitchen to be free of the most common food allergens.
At Copper Pot Creations, we only use real, natural ingredients including fresh herbs & spices to make simply delicious meals with flavours from around the globe.

About the Chef
Chris Niddrie (co-founder of Copper Pot Creations) was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. He graduated with a diploma in professional cooking from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and went on to achieve his journeyman and red seal certification. At the young age of 27, Chris achieved Certified Chef de Cuisine designation from the Canadian Culinary Institute- the highest professional culinary recognition and accreditation in Canada. After spending over a decade in the culinary industry in some of the finest hotels, clubs and restaurants in Calgary- Chris co-founded Copper Pot Creations with his wife Crystal in 2003. Today, Chris is the inspiration behind Copper Pot’s creations, and he oversees all aspects of kitchen operations.
