Beautiful ship, slightly dated in parts but immaculately looked after. Itinerary was perfect and we were blessed with unbelievable weather- literally not a cloud in the sky 5 days out of 7. Alaska itself is so gobsmackingly gorgeous I kept turning to my husband to ask if it was real. Outstanding in those aspects, MSC has been our go to last 8 cruises because we love the exclusive ship within a ship with Yacht Club. Nobody quite has that setup. Between Disney, MSC and Norwegian, we are somewhat disappointed with the overall experience, originally expecting a little more quality from the celebrity brand. 1. To begin with, the ship needs an update. Bed in room sank on one side after sitting, does not provide good support. Seats in theater also lost cushioning. No bedside charging ports. Can see stains on sofa, curtain and towels.2.
